With the completion of 4 wonderful pieces of ConVixens Pinup art. We humbly give thanks to Mr. Larry Elmore for his ongoing support of the Convention Vixens World. We will yet again be setup in the same area at DragonCon as last year in the Elmore Productions area with other companies that have partnered with this Illustrative Great.

Besides creating covers for Dungeons & Dragons, AD&D and other gaming books, Larry may be best known for his work with the world of Dragonlance produced by TSR. He has also painted covers for Sony Entertainment's EverQuest, and various computer game covers. And, has illustrated for publishers such as BAEN books, Bantam, Warner Books, ACE/Berkley, Doubleday, Del Rey,Wizard Press and D. C. Comics to name a few.

This year we will be sharing out booth space with our comic book publishing company, Peregrine Entertainment. http://www.peregrine-entertain.com/. Although our comic release dates for ConVixens won't be announced until next year, we will be happily promoting and handing out samples of Peregrine's ashcan comic of Books of Lore.

Which by no coincidence has our creator Merika Rock drawn as it's lead character, Jolie. This epic comic is sure to please the die hard fans that have been waiting for it's triumphant return, as well as raise the interests of new fans alike. - And did I mention that Larry Elmore is doing the artwork for this series?!?

More exciting news for DragonCon is the release of 4 new ConVixens art pieces by Sci-fi and fantasy genius, Matt Busch. Matt is worldly known for his exceptional work with the STAR WARS UNIVERSE. Busch has written and illustrated dozens of STAR WARS books and magazines.

He created the cover of TALES From The EMPIRE, which became a New York Times Bestseller. Busch has also been involved with creating artwork for advertising, marketing, and licensed products for all three STAR WARS prequels. Being that its the 30th Anniversary of the saga, this year has packed a punch for Busch- as he has already produced 7 different STAR WARS posters this year alone!

Matt Bush will also be playing a notable part in the new Halloween Sequel, H2, written and directed by Rob Zombie. Matt joins a cast of familiars, including Scout Taylor-Compton, Tyler Mane, Danielle Harris, and Daniel Roebuck, all who were in Zombie's first Halloween outing. We are also excited to announce that it will be Matt Busch's first time at DragonCon, so be sure to give him a warm welcoming.

We are looking forward to this exciting new season for the rest of 2009 and 2010, as it is gearing up to be our best yet. With this comes casting of new models stepping into roles of the ConVixens, introductions to some new characters, a book series of short stories, more compilations with great illustrators to be announced and our ongoing grass-roots effort to meet with the fans with our guest appearances and involvement with the conventions. - Presenting you with the ever-growing world of Convention Vixens.
